Last updated: August 22, 2026
This policy describes how MARTY s.r.o. ("we" or "the Operator") processes personal data of visitors to martyagent.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is MARTY s.r.o., Company ID: [to be added after company registration], registered office: [to be added], registered with [court and file number to be added] ("the Operator").
Contact e-mail for data protection matters: info@martyagent.com.
2. What data we process
If you sign up for the waitlist, we process your e-mail address in order to inform you about the service launch.
When you visit the website, we also process technical and analytical data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — in particular an anonymized IP address, device and browser type, traffic source, and on-site behavior (pages visited, time spent on the site).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the waitlist e-mail address based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) in order to send you information about the MARTY launch.
We process analytics data based on your consent to the use of cookies, which you may withdraw at any time via the cookie settings on the website or your browser settings.
4. Retention period
We retain the waitlist e-mail address until the service launches or consent is withdrawn, for a maximum of 24 months from sign-up.
Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months from collection, in line with GA4's default settings.
5. Recipients of personal data
We use the following processors to operate the website and process data: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) and Vercel Inc. (website hosting).
These processors may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, the transfer is secured through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Cookies
The website uses third-party cookies (Google Analytics) to measure traffic. Cookies are only stored after you give consent.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time in your browser settings, or block them entirely — this will not affect the website's core functionality.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example due to changes in legislation or new website features. The current version is always available on this page.
